I going to wrtie this as a factual statement in the hope that anyone searching for Multiplay interested in renting a serverr will read it and SERIOUSLY think about going elsewhere.
We purchased a server for a year mistakenly thinking they were a good host. How wrong could I have been. We lagged out on the server from day one and the standard response was "download this tracert program and send us the results" After several emails pointing out that it wasnt just one person in the clan but everyone and we didnt lag on anyone elses server including ones abroard they still insisted we do this and send them the results. It has now got to the point where I have phoned then and been told the same and have asked for a refund. The reply? "download this tracert program and send us the results". I pointed out that I was not happy and would be seeking legal advice and now my emails are being ignored!! They call this good service? We def shall not be renewing with them when the contract is up and I am still pushing for a refund but be warned anyone who jas found themselves here after searching.... dont buy from them they are crap!!!
